Fremos opened on Milwaukee's West Side with a simple conviction: that a properly extracted pour-over and a honestly crafted cocktail deserve the same attention to detail. We source green beans from farms practicing regenerative agriculture, roast in small batches, and pull every shot to specification.
By day, the bar is a quiet space for focused work or unhurried conversation. After six, the same counter becomes a cocktail bar — gin and tonics, whiskey sours, and seasonal specials made with ingredients we can name.
No franchise playbook. No drive-thru rush. Just a counter, a few stools, and people who care about what they drink.
